Following my university degree, I played professional rugby in the UK for Newcastle Falcons and Bristol Bears for 12 years. I qualified as a personal trainer back in 2012 and have accreditations in strength and conditioning, weightlifting and powerlifting. The methods I use to coach my clients I have personally used and had success with. I use a tried and tested evidence-based approach; no nonsense or fads. My goal is to help my clients realise their goals once and for all.
Online coaching allows you access to the best coaches from where ever you are in the world. It enables you to work with a like-minded coach aligned with your personal goals and aspirations. It provides accountability to someone who knows what it takes to meet those goals. I firmly believe in practising what I preach and being an inspiration for my clients. I currently hold the Concept2 SkiErg 1k and 2k world records, compete competitively in powerlifting and enjoy staying lean in the process.
